(Motorsport-Total.com/Motor1) – The tuner Abt Sportsline presents the RSQ8-LE 1000 as the conclusion of its three-part special edition series for the company’s 130th anniversary. After the RS6-LE 800, this vehicle forms the final part of the anniversary trilogy.

The technical basis is the Audi RS Q8, whose performance is significantly increased as part of a comprehensive overhaul. Production of the vehicle is limited worldwide to 30 units. The conversion is designed as a complete package that includes not only technical modifications but also visual changes to the body and interior.
At the heart of the upgraded RS Q8 is the revision of the 4.0-liter V8 biturbo engine. By installing modified turbochargers, a larger intercooler, and adjustments to the unit, the company raises the engine output to 735 kW, which corresponds to about 1,000 hp.
A central component of the engine concept is a system for indirect water and ethanol injection. This injection cools the combustion chamber, leading to a higher density of the intake air and increasing the oxygen supply during combustion. This is intended to ensure that maximum power can be stably delivered even under sustained load.
The control of the additional cooling is managed via a mobile application integrated into common smartphone interfaces of the vehicle infotainment system. The power increase is complemented by raising the electronically limited top speed to up to 320 km/h as well as a modified chassis with adaptive roll stabilization via electric actuators on both axles. A stainless steel exhaust system with four tailpipes is also part of the technical package.

Visually, the vehicle differs from the series by an extensive body kit made of matte visible carbon. This includes a modified front lip, modified front and rear bumpers, side skirts, fender flares, and a rear wing. Neodymium-colored accents and lettering create contrasts with the carbon parts. The tuner mounts 23-inch forged wheels in gold look with tires sized 295/35 ZR23 on the spokes. The wheel arch vents carry special model badges.
Inside, additional carbon and Alcantara elements are used. The steering wheel, shift paddles, dashboard, and parts of the seat frames feature surfaces made of matte visible carbon. The vehicle seats are adorned with woven-in logos, while door projectors cast an anniversary symbol onto the ground when opened. In the center console, there is a plaque with the consecutive serial number of the respective vehicle as well as an embedded anniversary coin.
The pure package price for the modifications amounts to 165,000 euros including VAT. For the ready-to-drive completion, additional assembly costs of 20,000 euros as well as fees for TÜV approval and transport apply. The total vehicle price results from these conversion costs plus the base price of the base vehicle.
