(Motorsport-Total.com/Motor1) – Jeep has unveiled the revised Avenger and simultaneously opened the order books for the model. The compact SUV marks the further development of Jeep’s most successful model in Europe to date. Since its launch in 2023, the Avenger has now received more than 270,000 orders, around 60 percent of which feature electrified powertrains.

In Italy, the Avenger is now the best-selling SUV, and across Europe it is one of the most important models in its segment. According to Jeep, the vehicle appeals to a broad customer base, including an above-average number of women and drivers under 40 years old.
Visually, the new Avenger receives several changes. The typical Jeep front with seven slots now features LED backlighting, inspired by the larger Compass. New bumpers improve the all-around protection of the body.
This is the equipment
The all-wheel-drive 4xe version gets additional red design elements as well as the so-called Jeep Shield. There are also new 17- and 18-inch wheels and new hubcaps with a stylized Jeep Willys profile. The color palette is expanded with the Forest and Bamboo paints. An optional black roof is available.
The interior has also been revised. Jeep uses softer materials on the doors, padded elements on the dashboard, and new fabric/vinyl covers in the Altitude and Summit trim levels. The 4xe version features particularly robust and washable green surfaces.
Technically, Jeep expands the equipment with matrix LED headlights and a front camera with a 360-degree view. The new lighting technology is intended to improve visibility at night and automatically adjusts the light cone to traffic and speed. The camera facilitates parking maneuvers and creates a digital surround view of the vehicle’s environment.

Made for off-road
The off-road capabilities remain a core part of the model. Jeep cites approach angles of up to 22 degrees at the front, 21 degrees ramp angle, and 35 degrees at the rear, as well as up to 210 millimeters of ground clearance. The Selec-Terrain system and hill descent control are standard on all versions.

Jeep continues to rely on a wide range of powertrains. Offered are a new Turbo-100 petrol engine with manual transmission, an e-Hybrid with 110 hp, the 145 hp all-wheel-drive 4xe version, and the fully electric variant with 156 hp. The new three-cylinder petrol engine with 1.2 liters displacement delivers 101 hp and 205 Newton meters of torque. Jeep highlights the variable turbo technology, higher efficiency through the Miller cycle, and extended maintenance intervals.
The e-Hybrid uses an electrified dual-clutch with a 48-volt system. The 4xe combines combustion engine and electric motor for electrified all-wheel drive and is said to be able to handle inclines of up to 40 percent on loose ground. The electric version has a battery with 54 kWh gross capacity, up to 100 kW DC charging power, and a WLTP range of up to 400 kilometers.
There is a special edition
Standard equipment on the Avenger includes full LED lighting, automatic high beam control, keyless start, automatic climate control, and a 10.25-inch infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The Jeep app enables functions such as vehicle location, door locking, or pre-conditioning via smartphone. The trunk holds up to 380 liters.
To celebrate the 85th brand anniversary, Jeep is also launching a special edition of the Avenger. This features special logos, gold-colored rims and bumper elements, as well as tartan-patterned decorations. Inside, there are seats with anniversary logos, golden decorative stitching, and special surfaces. The special edition is technically based on the Altitude trim or, for the 4xe, on the Upland model and comes standard with matrix LED headlights, fog lights, and the 360-degree camera. There is no information yet on the prices of the facelifted Avenger.
