In the German configurator, the 2.0 TDI with 150 kW (193 hp) in combination with the quattro all-wheel drive, eagerly awaited by some customers, has appeared – for both the Q3 SUV and the Q3 Sportback. The new engine thus complements the 2.0 TDI with 110 kW (150 hp) and is initially available exclusively in Germany, but could also be offered in other markets in the future.
According to information on the official website, the Audi Q3 2.0 TDI with 193 hp reaches a top speed of 220 km/h and accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 7,5 s. The combined consumption is between 6,1 and 6,8 l/100 km depending on the equipment, and CO2 emissions are between 160 and 177 g/km. For the Q3 Sportback, the top speed is 221 km/h, emissions increase slightly (160 – 178 g/km), while 0 – 100 km/h and consumption remain unchanged.
In combination exclusively with all-wheel drive and the S tronic automatic transmission, the new 2.0 TDI for the Audi Q3 and Q3 Sportback is available in all existing equipment lines: Prices on the German market start at 51.900 Euro for the Q3 SUV, while the Q3 Sportback starts at 53.750 Euro. These are each exactly 5.000 Euro more than for the only diesel previously available with 150 hp. However, the high surcharge is somewhat relativized, as all-wheel drive is always standard in the more powerful diesel.
