The “Greatest Spectacle in Motorsports” calls spectators to the “Brickyard” – the Indianapolis Motor Speedway – for the 110th time. Around 400,000 spectators fill the gigantic arena for the most prestigious car race in the USA. In the middle: Mick Schumacher, who is starting as the first German since 1923 (!).
Heiko Stritzke welcomes you at the keys. With the help of insider information from our US colleagues at Motorsport Network, we will bring the race as close to you as possible. However, it is currently unclear whether the race will go the full distance, as the weather forecast is not very promising. In case of rain, the oval race will be stopped immediately. We will of course keep you informed.

Mick Schumacher in new design
Attention, if you are looking for Mick Schumacher in the field, this time you have to look for a different car than usual. Although he drove the familiar black-red design from Enve Bikes until Monday, since the final practice on Friday he has been driving a design from Würth. The car is now white-black-red.
From 4 PM: Pre-Race Show
We are in the USA and here entertainment is above all. The pre-race show will last more than two hours. Among other things, all drivers will be introduced, but there are also other, especially US-patriotic program points.

Weather forecast – Could be tough
The forecast shows two rain bands passing over Indianapolis (and the independent municipality of Speedway within Indianapolis, where the race track is located). Between 11 AM and 2 PM local time (5 PM and 8 PM CEST) light showers can occur at any time. After that, there is a dry window before a larger rain area is expected to move in from 5 PM (11 PM CEST). The situation is volatile.
