Lamborghini gives the Temerario a Tricolore look

(Motorsport-Total.com/Motor1) – Lamborghini unveiled the new Temerario Tricolore at the Monterey Car Week. The special model takes up the colors of the Italian flag and combines them with a specially developed paint finish as well as numerous individual details in the interior. It is the first Tricolore version of a Lamborghini since the Gallardo LP 550-2 Tricolore from 2011.

Visually, the Temerario Tricolore features a two-tone body. The lower area is painted in the shade “Blu Marinus Shiny,” while the roof, fenders, and upper door sections are painted in “Bianco Monocerus.” Black accents on mirrors, hood, rear, and rims provide contrast. Additionally, there are red brake calipers and a stripe in the colors green, white, and red on the front hood.

The design deliberately recalls the Gallardo Tricolore, which appeared 15 years ago. However, Lamborghini interprets the theme much more modernly this time and uses the new design language of the Temerario with its distinctive front sections, hexagonal daytime running lights, and the exposed engine.

Individual details in the cockpit

The color concept continues inside. Black leather meets red contrast stitching, complemented by hexagon patterns and several exclusive design elements. On the door panels, there is an embroidered “Tricolore” lettering, and the silhouette of the vehicle adorns the rear interior area.

Technology remains unchanged

There are no changes to the technology compared to the regular Temerario. The plug-in hybrid combines a newly developed 4.0-liter V8 biturbo with three electric motors and delivers a system output of 920 hp.

Lamborghini states a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.7 seconds and a top speed of more than 340 km/h. The V8 revs up to 10,000 rpm, making it one of the highest-revving production engines of its kind.

Whether the Temerario Tricolore will be built in a limited number or what premium buyers will have to pay for the exclusive configuration has not yet been announced by Lamborghini.
