“I feel like I’ve been part of this team from the beginning, even before [James’s appointment]. I’ve put so much effort and work into [the team], so I’d love to see it through to the end.”

Albon has not yet won a Grand Prix, and only teammate Carlos Sainz has achieved podium finishes for Williams so far. In the Constructors’ World Championship, the team is currently in eighth place.
