(MST/Speedmaniacs.de) – Ahead of the new Festival Playlist release this week, Playground Games released the big Series 3 update for Forza Horizon 6 on Monday, July 13, 2026, which includes fundamental improvements for the PC and Xbox Series X|S versions and aims to stabilize program stability.

As highlights, the developers mention improvements that have reduced the number of AI collisions at corner entries. Additionally,
the bug that caused LINK-cleared skills not to be counted was fixed, and the price cap for cars not purchasable in the Autoshow was removed in the Auction House.
Several exploits were also fixed, such as EP and CR AFK farming through AutoDrive, skill point farming through properties, and disabling head-to-head races to avoid being challenged in Eliminator.
Leaderboard Update
According to the studio, they are currently investigating the FH6 leaderboards for unrealistic entries. These were enabled either by exploiting bugs or by using drag tires before the last physics balance changes introduced on June 15. Once these exploits are patched in the game, a full reset of the affected leaderboards will be carried out.
With the release of “Italian Exotics” on July 13, all rival leaderboards were reset. Regardless of the leaderboard reset, all clean race times linked to rival entries in the collection journal remain unlocked and do not disappear.

Solutions are also being investigated for bugs that allow PR stunt leaderboards to be filled with unrealistic scores. There is currently no timeframe, but here too, the leaderboards will be completely reset once the bug fixes have been implemented.
Status on the Save Game Issue
The problems with corrupted save game files affecting some players are not yet fully resolved. The Xbox team most recently released updates for the Xbox Series X|S and PC on July 2 to address these issues. The latest update ensures that in the event of data loss, a conflict dialog box will appear the next time the game is loaded. To restore the save game, the “Cloud Save” option must then be selected, which restores the most recently saved version.
